Where to get your Ice Princess Vibes on in NYC: Top NYC Ice Rinks

It’s the most winter-ful time of year again which means channeling your inner ice princess at the top NYC ice rinks.


 
It's been over 10 years since Disney and Michelle Trachtenberg made us all believe we could be olympic level Ice skaters. For those of you who aren't landing a triple-double anytime soon, you can still feel like an ice princess at these NYC ice rinks.

Some locations are only open for scheduled classes & reservations due to compliance with NYS Covid-19 mandates. Times are subject to change so give 'em a ring ☎️ before you pop in!

Brooklyn

Skaters of all skill levels are encouraged to hit the ice and glide along at this Prospect Park gem.

Admission: $7.50 - $11 Skate Rentals: $8

Sustainable skating with sights of the skyline gives the right kind of chills at this modern luxury Williamsburg hotel.

Admission: $12 - $20 Skate Rentals: Included in fee

Manhattan

Pop into the holiday shops and skate until you drop at the only free outdoor ice rink in NYC.

Admission: Free Skate Rentals: $21 - $36

This pop up rink has transformed a favorite spot of ours into an iconic winter wonderland. Hit the ice and decorate holiday cookies anyone?

Admission: $12 Skate Rentals: $10

Hockey training and skate programs galore are in store at this Cash Only rink.

Admission: $3 - $9 Skate Rentals: $5

New York City's most activity filled pier has you covered for ice skating and more.

Admission: $22 - $35 Skate Rentals: BYO

Sessions operate at specific times so be sure to book in advance online.

Pop in to rink under the star of the New York City holiday season: The Rockefeller Christmas Tree 🎄.

Admission: $10-50 Skate Rental: $15

The second ice skating rink in Central Park which is also cash only.

Admission: $5 - $12 Skate Rental: $10

Queens

Though not open for public skating yet, the only rooftop rink in Queens has you covered for parties and lessons for ages 4 and more.

Admission: $7 - $10 Skate Rentals: $6

The brother rink to City Ice has a coffee club and adult Stick n' Puck proving its never too late to start a lil' competitive skate.

Staten Island - Ice Rinks Closed Until Further Notice

(Due to COVID-19 regulations all non essential businesses are closed until further notice)

Though we're still spending time somewhat ice-olated if you shake off the cold feet and decide to hit the ice these rinks have you covered.
